How much is shipping and where do you ship?
Shipping is a flat $7.99 per order and we currently ship within the United States only. The rate is the same whatever you order, and it is shown at checkout before you pay.
How soon does my order leave you?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking as soon as the parcel is on its way.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking link is emailed to you the moment your parcel is collected. You can also open our Track Your Order page and enter the number from that email.
My tracking has not moved. Is something wrong?
Carriers can take a day or two to register the first scan, so a quiet tracking page in the first 48 hours is normal. If nothing has changed after that, message us with your order number and we will chase it for you.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Email us as soon as you spot the mistake, with your name and order number. If the parcel has not been picked up yet we can usually correct it, but once it has left us the address is locked in with the carrier.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The vacuum needs to be in the condition you received it, with its accessories and original packaging, and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us first and we will send a return label and instructions.
My order arrived damaged or faulty. What now?
Get in touch straight away with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will look at it with you and put it right, either with a replacement or a refund.
How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?
The 5000mAh battery runs for up to 30 minutes on Eco mode. Max mode pulls harder so it runs down faster. Charging is over the included USB-C cable and takes 3 to 4 hours from a laptop, car charger or power bank.
Is it strong enough for pet hair and sand?
Yes. Max mode reaches 19,500Pa, which is what lifts hair and grit out of a fabric weave rather than sliding over the top of it. Pair it with the brush head for upholstery and the crevice tool for seat rails.
How do I clean and maintain the filter?
Twist the dust cup off, take out the HEPA element and rinse it under running water. It has to be completely dry before it goes back in, so the motor stays protected. A second filter comes in the box so you are never waiting on one to dry.
What comes in the box?
The handheld unit, a flexible extension hose, a wide brush head, a crevice tool and a set of precision nozzles. You also get two washable HEPA filters with one already fitted, a cleaning brush, a USB-C charging cable and a premium storage bag.
Can I use it away from the car?
It is cordless, so it works anywhere. Owners use it on desks and keyboards, on stairs and sofas, in the garage and on boats. Blow mode also turns it into an air duster for vents, dashboards and other spots a nozzle cannot reach.
How quickly do you answer messages?
We work through messages in the order they arrive, Monday to Friday. Most get a reply within 24 hours.
