All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away, and a second email with your tracking number once your parcel is on its way.
Shipping rates and destinations
We ship within the United States only. Shipping is a flat $7.99 per order, whatever you buy, and the rate is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not currently ship internationally.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier you will get an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow it. Carriers can take a day or two to register the first scan, so tracking may look quiet at the very start. If nothing has updated after that, contact us with your order number and we will chase it up.
Delays
Once a parcel is with the carrier, the delivery timeline is in their hands. Weather, public holidays and peak periods can add time. If your parcel appears to be stuck or lost, get in touch and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately with your name and order number. We can usually correct it before the parcel is collected, but once it has left us the address is locked in with the carrier.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and a photo. We will assess it with you and put it right.
